Value Added Flow Analysis

Is there a significant amount of "wait" or "idle" time in the process that can be eliminated?
(Hint: Check the arrows between activities. One or more may hide 50% of the cycle time.)
Yes - Use Problem Solving to Reduce Cycle Time

Are there rework loops in your process? Can they be eliminated? Yes - Change the flowchart

Are there an obvious ways to simplify the process? Can you eliminate bureaucracy in any way? Yes - Change the flowchart
