How to Create an Audit Plan
- Open the template, which is found under QI Macros > Planning & PM Tools > Audit Plan
- Input as much information as you can in the "Audit Plan Cover Sheet":
- Then, fill out the "Schedule" tab:
- Complete the "Checklist" portion of this template:
- Complete the "Corrective Action Report" portion of this template.
- Lastly, fill out the "Audit Follow-Up & Sign Off."
- If necessary, perform a Post-Audit Follow-Up.
Select the "Next" button:
