If you have specific questions about your data, improvement project, SPC, Lean Six Sigma, or statistics?

If you are a licensed QI Macros user, enter your request below. While we will not provide phone coaching, Jay or one of his staff will respond, at no charge, to your request. If you need help with data analysis, after reviewing your request we will ask you to send the data in an Excel file (no pictures or descriptions; Excel data only). We will review your data and make recommendations.

Jay will conduct an initial 90-minute consultation via phone/internet and then respond within a week with recommended procedures and tools to accomplish your goals. After this, you and he will schedule and conduct a two-hour webinar for your employees to teach them to utilize the recommended SPC tools and procedures.

Jay’s recommendations and an online consultation with Jay about your data and projects.
