2. Complete exercises using QI Macros.

3. Read Lean Six Sigma Demystified or Lean Six Sigma for Hospitals book (Right)

4. Score at least 80% on the final exam. Click Here

5. Order certification $97 (Only after you've successfully completed the exam will you be asked to order and pay for certification. There are no "up front" costs.)

Earn a Green Belt Certificate

Every team member must:

1. Earn a Yellow Belt Certificate.

2. Complete Green Belt Curriculum (Click here).

Then submit a completed improvement project using the QI Macros following the recommended structure (click here).

Cost is $997 for a team of up to seven members.
