It&#8217;s October, and once again I went through all of the posters; 90% of the charts are line, bar, and pie charts. I consider these to be the \u201cThree Stooges\u201d of charts. There&#8217;s no way that you&#8217;re going to get to \u201czero harm\u201d or \u201chassle-free healthcare\u201d with those three charts.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;Now, one of the things that happened is a lot of people kept coming up [to our booth] and saying, &#8220;God, I wish I&#8217;d have known about you guys when I took my Director of Nursing [courses], my Master&#8217;s in Nursing [courses], or my [Lean Six Sigma] Black Belt or my Green Belt or my whatever.&#8221; Guess what? It would really help a lot of these folks to learn how to use these tools while they&#8217;re still in college. We even offer discounts for students.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;So, that&#8217;s my Improvement Insight.
