They can take my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qimacros.com\/Moneybelt\/\">free Yellow Belt course online at www.lssyb.com<\/a> and start using the Tools of Quality: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qimacros.com\/control-chart\/control-chart-types\/\">control charts<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qimacros.com\/pareto-chart-excel\/pareto-analysis\/\">Pareto charts<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qimacros.com\/histogram-excel\/histogram-template-excel\/\">histograms<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qimacros.com\/fishbone-diagram-template\/\">fishbone [diagrams]<\/a> to start to solve these problems.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;The Institute for Healthcare Improvement estimates that one out of every two patients suffers some sort of preventable harm while in the hospital. It doesn&#8217;t have to be that way, you know. Let&#8217;s start a movement. Let&#8217;s get everybody involved in achieving zero harm. It may sound impossible, but if you don&#8217;t try, you&#8217;re not going to get there.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;That&#8217;s my Improvement Insight. Let&#8217;s go out and improve something this week, like healthcare.
