And I don&#8217;t know about you, but if you need one, it might be nice to have one.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;LeAnn&#8217;s been chasing this idea of \u2018Each one reach one.\u2019 Every working nurse should invite a former nurse back into the practice because a lot of them leave, right? They discover, you know, especially after COVID, \u201cOh my gosh, these are crazy times. I&#8217;m going to take a job that&#8217;s a little more sane or something.\u201d All right, so \u2018Each one reach one.\u2019<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;But I want you to get the same idea for Quality Improvement. If you&#8217;re good at Quality Improvement, who can you bring under your wing? Who&#8217;s going to be your Padawan learner (as they as they say in Star Wars)? Can you bring somebody on board? \u2018Each one reach one.\u2019<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;Bring somebody new into the Quality Improvement game. They don&#8217;t have to go to training. You can coach them and get them going very quickly and easily. You can use my free online Yellow Belt training (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.qimacros.com\/Moneybelt\/\">www.lssyb.com<\/a>) and all of the other stuff that&#8217;s out there to help them grow and learn this process, especially if they&#8217;re interested.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;So that&#8217;s my Improvement Insight for this week. Let&#8217;s go out and reach someone and invite them into the Quality Improvement business.
