How good are you with people?<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;I want you to think that maybe another acronym for QI is not just &#8220;Quality Improvement,&#8221; but &#8220;Quality Intelligence.&#8221; Some people just have a natural ability to solve problems and see systems and figure out how to smooth them out. Quality Intelligence, right?<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;What do we want to do? We want to find those people, we want to nurture them, we want to develop our own Quality Intelligence.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;So, that\u2019s my Improvement Insight for this week: What&#8217;s your QI? I don&#8217;t care about your IQ, your EQ will help you with teams, but I&#8217;m more concerned about your QI &#8211; your Quality Intelligence.
