A Boeing executive has to go in front of Senate councils and explain why there was a problem when they don&#8217;t quite know what all the issues were, right? \u201cBlame Storming.\u201d<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;And then there are people who throw blame all the time, and I found a word that I think works: \u201cBlamethrowers.\u201d<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;And all that blame does nothing to solve the problem. &#8220;Blame Storming.&#8221; &#8220;Blamethrowing.&#8221; No, let&#8217;s look at the data. Let&#8217;s figure out what we can do to make things better. Skip over the blame part. Let&#8217;s just start making it better. So I bet you know a blamethrower or two.
