There&#8217;s nothing we can do about it. He&#8217;s so wrong. They said, \u201cOh, that&#8217;s like the wind and the waves.\u201d I said, \u201cNo it&#8217;s not. It&#8217;s not cosmic forces and atmospheric conditions. It&#8217;s a system, and the system is forcing people to make those mistakes or letting them make those mistakes and errors. All we have to do is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qimacros.com\/lean-six-sigma-blog\/to-err-is-human\/\">fix the system<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;He looked at me like I was out of my mind. Not true. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qimacros.com\/lean-six-sigma-blog\/deming-says-94-of-quality-depends-on-the-system\/\">Everything that we do as humans involves a system<\/a>. Some systems are pretty good, some systems\u2026 not so good. We\u2019ve just got to go out and start mistake-proofing things until there just aren&#8217;t any mistakes left to be made, or that can be made.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;That&#8217;s my Improvement Insight.
