It doesn&#8217;t matter what alphabet system you use. Then later it was <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Continual_improvement_process#PDSA\">PDSA<\/a>, and then it became <a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/DMAIC\">DMAIC<\/a>, and I&#8217;m sure there&#8217;s some new iteration of that that&#8217;s going to come out at some time.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;Don&#8217;t let these words freak you out: it&#8217;s just that it&#8217;s pretty much all the same process, pretty much all the same tools in the same order, right? We can still get the same outcome. It doesn&#8217;t matter; as long as you follow a process for improvement, guess what? You can win at this.<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;So let&#8217;s go out there and make the world a better place. That&#8217;s my Improvement Insight for this week.
