If I had that tool back in the 90s, I&#8217;d have gone through the telephone company like with a chainsaw, and maybe the company would not have been acquired and gone into bankruptcy (or almost gone into bankruptcy).<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;People often question, but if you&#8217;re going to send people to weeks of training and spend thousands of dollars on their training, why don&#8217;t you spend a couple hundred bucks and buy them some software that will magnify what they&#8217;ve learned and make them really a powerful force for improvement?<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;That&#8217;s my Improvement Insight for this week: Let&#8217;s create a hassle-free America; hassle-free health care. Let&#8217;s use the force magnifiers that are out there.
