Wouldn&#8217;t that be cool?<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;But then I started thinking about \u201cWouldn&#8217;t it be great if we could develop herd immunity to defects, mistakes, errors, waste and rework?\u201d What if everybody was immune to that? What if we had different&#8230;? We do have vaccines; I mean, we have procedures, methods, tools and everything else to help people achieve a totally \u201cno rework, no waste, no nada\u201d kind of environment. Wouldn&#8217;t that be cool?<\/p>\r\n<p>&#8220;So that&#8217;s my Improvement Insight for this week. Let&#8217;s go out and develop herd immunity to defects, mistakes, errors, waste, rework, lost profit, patient harm\u2026 This is something we could do.
