Are You Eligible for An Upgrade or Do You Need to Buy a New License?

• If your QI Macros were purchased on or after 1/1/2007 you are eligible for an upgrade.
• If your QI Macros were purchased in 2006 or earlier, you must purchase a new version of the QI Macros to receive all of the latest functionality and compatibility with Excel 2007.

Check your version date:

1. Starting in 2007, QI Macros menus show the year you purchased (e.g. QI Macros 2010.)

   

2. If your menu just says "QI Macros," then your version was purchased in 2006 or earlier.
3. Or click on the QI Macros Menu and select "About the QI Macros" to see your version's year and month. 2009.05 means your copy was purchased in May 2009:
   
4. If your QI Macros came on a floppy disk, then they are at least 5 years old and you will need to purchase a new license to receive the latest functionality.
   

2007 or Later: Purchase an Upgrade

2006 or Earlier: Purchase a New License

Excel 2007-2010 Alert!

Microsoft's changes for Excel 2007 (and Excel 2003 SP3) will prevent QI Macros 2006 and earlier versions from working. With the release of Excel 2007 SP2, many IT departments are deciding it's safe to upgrade, but they haven't factored addins like the QI Macros or PDFMaker into the upgrade. Don't lose your functionality, buy the latest version now!

If your QI Macros were purchased in 2006 or earlier or if you don't own a copy of the QI Macros order a new license.
