Here's How It Works

1. Just send us your Excel workbook with a description of the issue you're trying to resolve. If you're not sure what kind of issue you're dealing with, use our Six Sigma Wizard to narrow your focus.
   
   We won't share your data with anyone, but if you need a signed non-disclosure before sharing it costs extra.

2. We will look at the data you've sent. If we don't think there's an improvement project in your data, we'll tell you, no charge.
   
   
3. If there is one or more projects in your data, we'll develop the improvement project for you. Most improvement projects have three main deliverables:
   
1. A line, run or control chart of performance.
2. One or more pareto charts
3. An Ishikawa with problem statement
   
4. We'll send you the improvement project in your workbook and charge your credit card.

Your Investment

If we find an improvement story, we'll invoice you by the project.
If there's more than one project in your data, we'll ask before we do more than one.

If we don't find an improvement project, you owe us nothing.

Single Project: $500 with up to 5 emails.
Optional Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) processing fee: $250

Additional Projects in Same data file: $350 per project
