Yamazumi Chart Template in Excel

Use the Yamazumi Chart to show cycle time balance between operators.

The Yamazumi chart shows the cycle time (Takt time) for each step an operator performs and the balance between various operations.

To use the Yamazumi Chart Template in the QI Macros:

Input step names, cycle times, and color codes for each step to create the Yamazumi chart. The template will handle up to 10 operators.
