CrossTab Wizard from QI Macros in Excel

A lot of interesting data is buried in "flat" transaction files like the one below. CrossTab Wizard takes 1-4 columns of data that you select (see below: region, entity, admit date, and charges) and invokes Excel's Pivot table function to summarize them:
