Installing the QI Macros

To install the QI Macros simply close Excel and run the QI Macros Installation Wizard. Once you run the wizard, open Excel and see the QI Macros on your Microsoft Excel toolbar. Watch a video of the Installation Process.

The QI Macros SPC Software for Excel has Five Parts and Numerous Wizards to Assist With Your Data Analysis:

Over 30 charts including histograms, pareto charts, scatter plots, box whisker plots and all variable and attribute control charts. Just select your data and then click on the QI Macros menu and select the chart you want to run. If you are not sure, select the Chart Wizard to run various charts on your data or the Control Chart Wizard to select the right control chart.
Over 90 Fill-in-the-blank templates and tools including fishbones, FMEA, DOE, Gage R&R, PPAP forms and more.
Statistical tools including Anova, f-test, t-test, regression, data normality test, sample size calculator and more. Select your data and click on the Statistics Wizard to run the most common statistical tests for your data.
Data Transformation Tools to help organize and analyze your data including stack and restack. Includes WordCount and PivotTable Wizards to help you summarize and organize your data.
Automated Control Chart Dashboards - just drop your data into these pre-formatted templates.

30 Chart Macros

To create a chart using a macro simply click and drag over your data and then select the chart you want to create from the QI Macros menu. Here are some videos of sample charts:

Fill-in-the-Blanks-Templates, fishbones, Gage R&R, DOE, QFD and PPAP forms. To open a template click on Fill-in-the-Blanks-Templates and then one of the sub menus. Most input areas are highlighted in yellow. Here are some sample fill-in the-blanks templates for your six sigma needs.
