Put the macros on the network. Then on each PC, set Excel to point to the Alternate Startup Directory (e.g., g:\qimacros\xlstart.) The macros will load off the network.

Excel 2003 and earlier: Go to Tools-Options-General and input the path into "At startup, open all files in."

Excel 2007 and 2010:Click on the Office icon, Excel Options, Advanced, then scroll down to General and input the file path into "At startup, open all files in."

Advantages:
1. You save time, because a single network copy is easier to manage and update.

Disadvantages: Busy networks may make loading Excel longer, because you have to load the QI Macros over the network.

Licensing: The QI Macros is a single user license so you need to purchase one license for each user that will be given access to the software. Quantity discounts are available.
