Learning Objectives:

Workshop Outline:

Create improvement stories using line graphs, pareto charts and fishbone diagrams.
Use the Control Chart Wizard to select and draw control charts. Use control charts to analyze the stability of processes (Are they repeatable and predictable?)
Use Histograms to analyze process capability
Use the QI Templates for Lean Six Sigma.
Use Anova and other tools for analysis.
Use Excel PivotTables to turn corporate data into powerful improvement stories.
Use Data Transformation tools to manipulate tables of data and analyze "comments".

About the Company and Jay Arthur
