Excel Templates for Six Sigma, SPC and ISO
The QI Macros for Excel includes over 60 fill-in-the-blanks excel
templates. Excel templates include pareto charts, control charts,
and histograms. The control chart excel templates calculate stability
analysis and the histogram excel templates calculate Cp and Cpk
for capability analysis. Below is an example of one of the Xchart excel
