While the QI Macros can create histograms with Cp and Cpk, many customers have been asking for a fill-in-the-blanks dashboard to calculate Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk for their products. The solution is finally here.

It's easy to analyze process capability using our Fill-in-the-Blanks Cp and Cpk Dashboard. This system consists of four parts:

• A place to enter your measurements of up to eight characteristics per part.
• A control chart for each measurement that shows actual performance as a graph.
• A histogram for each measurement that shows the spread of your data
• A normal probability plot for each measurement to evaluate the normality of your data.

To use the fill-in-the-blanks system, enter your target value, tolerances and measurements in the yellow shaded areas. The worksheet will automatically start to calculate Cp, Cpk, Pp, and Ppk. It has space for up to eight characteristics and 100 measurements:

These values are automatically converted in to measures and shown on the dashboard charts.

Control Charts, Histograms and Normal Probability Plots
For better analysis of process performance, the system creates an XmR (Individuals) control chart, histogram, and normal probability plot of your data automatically from the scorecard.

The Cp Cpk dashboard also provides confidence limits for Cp.
